Ticket Returns and Exchanges

All ticket sales are final. Tickets cannot be returned or exchanged unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled. In the case of event cancellation, we will offer a full refund of the ticket price, excluding any processing or handling fees. If an event is rescheduled, ticket holders will have the option to either retain their tickets for the new event date or request a refund within a specified period.

Refunds for Canceled or Rescheduled Events

In the event of a cancellation, refunds will be automatically issued to the credit card used for the original purchase within a certain number of days. For rescheduled events, ticket holders who wish to obtain a refund must request it within the specified time frame announced for the specific event.

Lost or Stolen Tickets

ImperfectPopups.ca is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed tickets. Please keep your tickets safe. In some cases, at our discretion, lost or stolen electronic tickets can be reissued. Contact customer service for assistance.
